Kevin Nestler
Member of the Bernt Lab November 2018 - August 2022
Kevin was a research technician with the Bernt lab . He graduated from Penn State with a B.S in Biotechnology. In the Bernt lab, Kevin’s project is focused on profiling the global chromatin landscape in patient samples, hoping to understand what the differences are among AML subgroups. He was also a tech in the Aplenc lab where they are interested in discovering novel targets on the surface of AML cells for immunotherapy. Outside of the lab, Kevin enjoys live music, sports, hiking and biking.
Where are they now?
Kevin is pursuing his PhD in Cancer Biology at The George Washington University in the Chiappinellio Lab.
